Peace of mind for your adventures.

The paddle boards sold by The Paddle Shed are covered by a limited warranty of up to 3 years, as we choose suppliers who care about the quality and durability of their products. The length of the warranty is determined by the product's manufacturer and is clearly specified on our product web page.

For any warranty or support requests for your products, simply complete the warranty claim form which you can find here:

Terms and conditions

Warranty eligibility if: When unpacking your board, you notice a manufacturing or aesthetic defect (scratches, scrapes, delamination, peeling EVA pad, color defect, etc.), or a defect in the materials (broken hull, broken fin box or missing item in your accessory list). Any claim for a manufacturing or aesthetic defect or missing item in the order must be reported within the first 48 hours following receipt of the package. Despite proper use and maintenance of the board, if you still notice a manufacturing defect, it is important to inform us.

You will find the link to the terms and conditions of our manufacturer's warranty at the bottom of this page.

Please note, The Paddle Shed will not replace equipment that is damaged due to misuse, external force, or an accident for which The Paddle Shed is not responsible. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Delamination due to excessive heat exposure (direct sunlight, prolonged duration in a car and/or in a carrying bag).
  • Deterioration due to normal wear and tear.
  • Presence of aesthetic defects impossible to achieve due to the PVC substrate.
  • Signs of wear caused by lack of maintenance.
  • Damage sustained during air transportation.
  • Damage sustained due to negligence, abuse or accident, whether during loading, unloading, transportation or handling on or off the water.
  • Use for commercial purposes, such as rental and paddleboard lessons.
  • Damage caused by impact with rocks or other rigid objects.
  • Damage caused while practicing paddle surfing, wave surfing, and SUP racing.
  • Improper repairs or modifications.
  • Damage from storage in excessively humid, hot or cold conditions (see the blog article on our website about this).
  • Damage caused by natural disasters or accidents, such as fires, floods, etc. We really don't wish that on you.

Our team reserves the right to determine whether the damaged item is covered by the warranty or not, and we process claims following the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranty accepted at the time of your purchase and acceptance of our terms of service.

The warranty application is only valid for the original purchaser. The reason? If the SUP board is misused, it can deteriorate quickly or easily. In most cases, this does not result from a manufacturing issue, but rather from negligence on the part of the buyer.

If the warranty does not cover your situation, we will provide, if possible, a replacement part, at the associated price.
