The Paddle Shed offers products of the highest quality in the industry; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within the timeframe below from the date of purchase for a full refund** of the product cost.

The Paddle Shed has established return windows that allow customers who purchase their product off-season to benefit from an extended period and customers who might give or receive their product as a gift to have ample time to initiate a return or exchange after the holiday season.

Returns are free, so no "restocking" fees will be charged for your returns. The only fees to cover, if applicable to you, are the shipping costs in case you prefer to deliver your products to our offices instead of coming in person.

Return window for inflatable SUPs

*Orders received between November 1 and January 31 can be returned within 120 days of the original purchase date.
*Orders received Items purchased between February 1 and March 31 can be returned within 90 days of the original purchase date.
*Orders received before April 1st and April 30th can be returned within 60 days of the original purchase date.

Return window for snowshoes

*Orders received Items purchased between April 1st and June 31st can be returned within 120 days of the original purchase date.
*Orders received Items purchased between July 1 and August 31 can be returned within 90 days of the original purchase date.
*Orders received Items purchased between September 1 and October 30 can be returned within 60 days of the original purchase date.


Outside of these windows

You can return or exchange an item within thirty (30) days following the receipt of the merchandise, provided that the merchandise is not unpacked, unused, and is in its original packaging and condition.

Return Policy

  • Under the conditions of this policy, we offer returns within 60/90/120* days from the date of purchase. Your refund will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Returned items must first be registered with customer service before the return process can begin. To register your items please contact us here .
  • Returned items must be sent back inside their original box, must be clean and in new condition without signs of wear and use. Any failure to meet this condition will result in the refusal of the return or a partial refund.
  • All returns must include all parts and accessories originally included (paddle, pump, leash, fins, and repair kit).
  • All products are inspected upon arrival at our distribution center. If it turns out that the product is in poor condition, or if any originally included parts or accessories are missing, this may reduce the amount of your refund.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. It is possible to come to the store in person during our opening hours.
  • Items purchased as used or open box items cannot be returned under the return policy.

Return procedure

  • Please return all items including all parts and all accessories originally included in your return to The Paddle Shed at the following address: 2732 Rue Charbonneau, G9A 5C9, Trois-Rivières, Québec.
  • Ship your order with any shipping service, as long as the package is sent with a tracking number. Please keep the tracking number for reference! It's as simple as that!

 

For all returns, if the returned items are damaged or lost due to poor packaging and/or shipping issues of the items, the costs of repair and/or replacement will be automatically deducted from the refund we will grant you following the return, if applicable. We cannot be held responsible in any way for any damage or loss of an item that occurs during the return process and/or caused by the shipping company responsible for the return.

All refunds or balances on exchanges will be issued according to the original payment method, deducting the various fees detailed above, if applicable. However, we may, at our sole discretion, issue the refund in the form of store credits. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

No refunds or credits will be granted, and no product will be reshipped to you if we receive a counterfeit product. Furthermore, for any product that has been discontinued or is no longer available on our website, returns will only be accepted for a period of 120 days following the official discontinuation date.

Terms and conditions of our promotions:

  • No price match can be granted if the order was placed 7 days or more before the promotion.
  • No price matching possible with a promotion that has ended regardless of the date the order was placed.

    However, if you have unfortunately received a damaged product, please contact us within the seventy-two (72) hours following delivery and provide us with adequate and satisfactory proof that the item arrived damaged, within the timeframe that will be communicated to you. *Please refer to articles 4, 5, and 6 of the general section of the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranty.
